Dear English teacher

So my last letter referred to Doctor Who. That was 100% my husband's influence. This time is from Gilmore Girls.

Everything I learned about parenting I learned from Gilmore Girls. Well, not literally but I knew I wanted to be a mom like Lorelai.

I wanted to be the cool mom, the snarky, sarcastic mom. And above all, I wanted to be the mom whose kid could come to her with anything!!!

So far, I'm that mom. Though my kids are not teenagers yet so that may change but I hope not.
